I'd like to take a minute and personally thank the fine folks at dublication.net, not only for the incredible work they put into my site, but also for having the patience to work with me to make the site the way I have always envisioned it. Let me give you some background story so you'll understand my excitement better. For many years I have tried to have a website to display my pictures. I first started with a site made from Microsoft Front Page, but with my limited web developing knowledge the site has always been very basic. Then I came across Gallery2 and incorporated it into my site, but was stuck with the limitations that came along with it, and my limited web developing knowledge. More recently, my current web host offered WordPress, so I thought I'd give it a try. I was able to get it installed and looking the way I wanted, I was even able to import my gallery and embed it into my WordPress page, but there were still things I wanted to be able to have or do, but could not because of limitations in WordPress. Once again, I was frustrated with knowing what I wanted to do, but not being able to achieve it. The other big issue I have always had is the amount of info I have on my site. On three occasions now I have had to completley redo my site. This means uploading all the pictures and info from scratch - a real time consumer and pain in the butt! So after pulling my hair out trying to hack WordPress to make it do what I wanted (unsuccessfully I might add), I approached dublication.net to see if they could give me a few pointers and help me work through a few of the issues I was having. After we discussed all my issues they recommended I redo my site and not use WordPress, and recommended I put all my information into a database for better functionality, and for recovery. If I ever have to redo my site, I would have all my pictures and information in one database. I thought that was an excellent idea, but explained to them that my site was purely for a hobby and since I made no profit from it, I could not justify spending the amount of money needed to make it the way that it should be. They then made me an offer I simply couldn't refuse, and now I have the website I have always wanted and envisioned. The site is now a cross bewteen a content management system, photo gallery, and web blog, all with a back end administration that makes it easier and faster than ever for me to add pictures, shows, or even a blog page.

Their mission statement says 'Our mission is simple. We are here to take your vision and make it a reality.' They not only made my vision a reality but they did it with much professionalism and patience. I couldn't be happier with my website and its functionality. Thanks again dublication.net!!
